This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Buyer / User:
The individual or legal entity purchasing digital design files and services through dxfci.com (“Buyer”).
Both parties accept and declare that they understand and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties for the digital products (DXF, SVG, PNG, EPS, PDF, vector files, laser-cut templates, CNC files, and similar downloadable items) offered on dxfci.com, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
All products on the website are digital goods delivered electronically.
Delivery is carried out instantly and electronically after the purchase is completed.
The Buyer gains access to the download page or receives the files by email.
No physical shipment is made.
According to applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered instantly and electronically.
Therefore:
Once the Buyer downloads the digital file, no cancellation or refund can be made.
If the Buyer has not downloaded any file within 15 days, they may request a refund via customer support.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval.
All prices displayed on dxfci.com are final and shown in the relevant currency.
Payments are processed securely using supported payment providers.
The Seller reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.
All purchased files are sold with a personal or commercial use license, depending on the product description.
Files may be used in personal or commercial projects but may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or offered for free download.
Including files in online/offline libraries, archives, or design bundles is strictly prohibited.
The Buyer is responsible for all legal liabilities arising from unauthorized use.
All digital files, designs, templates, and content on dxfci.com are protected under Copyright Law No. 5846 and international copyright conventions.
The Buyer obtains only usage rights, not ownership of the designs.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that their device and software support the file formats provided.
The Seller is not responsible for technical issues caused by incompatible devices, outdated software, or user errors.
If a downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete, the Buyer may request re-delivery at no cost.
A refund may be issued only if no file has been downloaded within 15 days after activation.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card: Refund is sent to the issuing bank.
Bank Transfer or Local Payment Methods: Refunds are not supported.

The Seller is not responsible for:
Incorrect use of files
Loss of data
Damages arising from system errors
Commercial losses resulting from using the products
The Buyer accepts the digital files “as is”.
Personal data provided during purchases are processed in accordance with the dxfci.com Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
In case of disputes:
Consumer Arbitration Committees
Consumer Courts
Local Courts of the Seller
are authorized.
By making a purchase on dxfci.com, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
