Once we receive your cancellation request, your refund will be processed within 3 business days (processing may be delayed during public holidays).
Refund processing depends on your original payment method:
Credit or Debit Card Payments:
The refund will be issued to the card-issuing bank. The time required for the credit to appear in your account varies depending on your bank’s policies.
For questions regarding when the refund will be reflected in your account or when the credit limit will update, please contact your card-issuing bank.
Bank Transfer or Local Payment Methods:
Refunds are not supported for these payment methods.
